Position: Recruiter

Are you a motivated individual with a passion for helping others find their dream job? Best in Town Pro Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with job opportunities at our client companies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
• Create job postings and post on various job boards
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Position: Account Manager

Do you have a talent for building and maintaining client relationships? Best in Town Pro Staffing is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
• Collaborate with recruiters to fill job orders
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
