We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Storage Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate storage unit for their needs
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized facility
• Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of all stored items
• Handle rental agreements and collect payments
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Perform regular facility inspections
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
