We are Hiring for the Following Position:
Storage Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting the appropriate storage unit for their needs
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized facility
Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of all stored items
Handle rental agreements and collect payments
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Perform regular facility inspections
Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work weekends and evenings
