We Are Hiring: Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent is often the first point of contact for our guests and plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Make reservations and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
