Child Care Teacher
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team at Big Dreams & Lil Wonders Christian Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Child Care Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment for children, guiding them in their growth and development, and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons for the children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the children in your care
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the best possible care for the children
- Monitor and document children’s progress and development
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and educational standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
