Consumer Electronics Department Associate

Are you passionate about consumer electronics and enjoy helping customers find the perfect tech products for their needs? Big Lots is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Consumer Electronics Department Associate to join our team at one of our locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing consumer electronics products
• Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions customers may have
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in consumer electronics
• Stock and organize the electronics department
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, particularly in a consumer electronics department, is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of popular consumer electronics brands and products
• High school diploma or equivalent
