Job Title: General Contractor/ Home Builder

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction process from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed according to specifications
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting or home building
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
