Are you passionate about Middle Eastern cuisine and looking to join a dynamic team in the restaurant industry? Bijan Persian Grill is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Positions Available

1. Line Cook

– Prepare and cook delicious Persian dishes according to our recipes and standards
– Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high expectations
– Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times
– Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver a memorable dining experience for our customers

2. Server

– Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
– Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
– Engage with customers to ensure they have a positive dining experience
– Keep the dining area clean and organized throughout service

3. Catering Coordinator

– Coordinate catering orders and deliveries for events and special occasions
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of catering orders
– Assist with setting up and serving at catering events as needed

Qualifications

– Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred
– Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
