Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
• Guide clients through the loan application process and provide personalized assistance
• Analyze financial information to determine the feasibility of loan approval
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and loan products to best serve clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate lending
• Strong understanding of loan products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (preferred)
