Position: Bilingual Education Coordinator

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Education Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing educational programs that promote language proficiency and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement bilingual education programs for students of all ages
• Coordinate with teachers and instructors to ensure alignment with language learning objectives
• Assess student language proficiency levels and track progress over time
• Organize cultural events and activities to enhance language learning experiences
• Collaborate with school administrators and parents to promote bilingualism in the community

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
