Bires and Schaffer, a well-established law firm specializing in criminal defense, is seeking experienced and dedicated Criminal Law Attorneys to join our team in providing top-notch legal representation to our clients. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal services to individuals facing criminal charges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice to clients
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients
• Build strong cases for defense, collect evidence, and prepare witnesses for trial
• Communicate effectively with clients, judges, prosecutors, and other legal professionals
• Stay up-to-date on changes in criminal laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing criminal law
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and providing zealous representation
