About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Biryani Pot, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our high culinary standards. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to perfection. Your creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail will be essential in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor food inventory and place orders when necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
