We Are Hiring: Hearing Aid Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments to determine clients’ hearing needs
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids based on clients’ hearing loss and lifestyle
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure clients’ satisfaction
- Perform hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in hearing aid technology
- Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic hearing healthcare
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Hearing Aid Specialist or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in hearing healthcare is preferred but not required
