Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the Head Chef in creating and implementing menu items
– Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality
– Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
– Strong knowledge of French culinary techniques and ingredients
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure
– Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Position: Server

Requirements:

– Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant
– Knowledge of French cuisine and wine pairings is a plus
– Outstanding customer service skills
– Ability to work well in a team
– Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
