Position: Server

As a Server at BJ’s Restaurants, you will be responsible for providing our guests with friendly and efficient service. You will take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure that each guest has a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back regularly
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurants, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes according to our recipes and specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous cooking experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and measuring
• Cook dishes in a timely manner according to recipes
• Plate and garnish dishes before serving
• Maintain a clean and organized work station

Family Style Restaurants

Position: Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess at BJ’s Restaurants, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet guests, seat them at their tables, and manage the flow of the dining room. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Seat guests at appropriate tables according to reservations and seating chart
• Manage waiting lists and communicate wait times to guests
• Assist servers and bussers as needed

Position: General Manager

As a General Manager at BJ’s Restaurants, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the restaurant industry.

• Hire, train, and supervise staff members
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Position: Dishwasher

As a Dishwasher at BJ’s Restaurants, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. • Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Hand wash delicate items that cannot go in the dishwasher
• Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
