Job Description

As a Mortgage Loan Officer at Blink Lending & Investments, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, analyzing financial information, and recommending suitable mortgage products based on their needs. You will work closely with borrowers, real estate agents, and underwriters to ensure a seamless and efficient loan approval process.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on mortgage options and help them select the right loan program
• Collect and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility
• Guide clients through the entire loan application process
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and underwriters to facilitate timely loan approval
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Active NMLS license
