We take pride in serving up mouthwatering, authentic Texas-style barbecue that keeps our customers coming back for more. With a focus on quality ingredients, innovative flavors, and exceptional customer service, we have built a loyal following and are looking to expand our team.

We are Hiring!

Are you passionate about barbecue? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? If so, we want YOU to join our team at Blood Bros BBQ. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook delicious barbecue dishes following our recipes
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

2. Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions

Qualifications

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about barbecue and have a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service setting
• Knowledge of barbecue techniques and cooking methods (for Line Cook position)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (for Server position)
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
