Position: Gift Shop Associate

Location: Multiple Locations

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect gift
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock and replenish inventory as needed
• Create visually appealing displays to showcase products
• Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and promotions

Qualifications:

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Passion for gift-giving and making customers happy
