We are currently looking for a skilled and creative florist to join our team at Blue Iris Florist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and more
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering expert advice
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and work area
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a florist
• Proficiency in creating various floral arrangements using fresh and silk flowers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
