We are Hiring:
Blue Linx is currently looking for skilled General Contractors, Building Contractors, and Altering & Remodeling Contractors to join our team. If you have a passion for construction and a desire to work with a dynamic and growing company, we want to hear from you.
Job Title: General Contractor
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Oversee and inspect work progress to ensure quality and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or issues
Job Title: Building Contractor
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Coordinate and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment
Job Title: Altering & Remodeling Contractor
- Assess and evaluate existing structures for remodeling or renovation
- Create detailed remodeling plans and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients to determine design preferences and requirements
- Oversee remodeling projects from conception to completion
- Ensure that all remodeling work meets quality standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid contractor’s license and insurance
