Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are dedicated, hardworking, and team-oriented. Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required for all positions. The following qualifications are essential for each role:

Line Cook

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team

Server

• Previous serving experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of menu items and wine pairing

Host/Hostess

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience in a front-of-house role is a plus

Dishwasher

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards
• Reliability and punctuality
