Job Title: Equipment Rental Associate

Job Description

Boatman Industries Inc. is currently seeking an Equipment Rental Associate to join our team. As an Equipment Rental Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, providing product information, processing rental orders, and ensuring the equipment is properly maintained and returned in good condition. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for construction equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting the right equipment for their needs
• Process rental orders and contracts
• Inspect equipment before and after rental periods
• Provide product information and demonstrations
• Maintain a clean and organized rental yard
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in equipment rental or a related field
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license
