Position Available: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Bob’s Taco Station, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Mexican dishes according to our recipes and specifications. Your main duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and marinating meats
• Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
• Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations
• Maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen workstation
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Prior experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A passion for cooking and a good understanding of Mexican cuisine
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
