Position: Music Educator

As a music educator at Bojangles Music School, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for music with a diverse group of students. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on student’s goals and abilities
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their musical skills
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students to thrive
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure student progress
• Stay current on music education trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in music education or related field
• Strong musical proficiency in one or more instruments
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for music and a commitment to fostering creativity in others
