Key Responsibilities:

• Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and more
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements for their needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Handle and care for flowers to ensure their longevity
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a floral shop or similar environment is preferred
• Knowledge of various types of flowers and their care instructions
• Strong creativity and design skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized
