We are Hiring: Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, with a focus on finishing and detailing. Responsibilities include pouring, leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure a high-quality end result.

Key Responsibilities

• Pour, spread, and smooth concrete using various tools and equipment
• Apply finishing techniques, such as stamping, staining, and sealing
• Repair cracks and other imperfections in concrete surfaces
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of concrete mixing and curing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
