Litigation Support Services Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize legal documents, evidence, and case files for litigation proceedings.
- Assist attorneys in preparing case materials, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and experts to gather necessary information and evidence for cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in building strong cases for clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in litigation support services or similar role.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
