Job Description

As the Assistant Manager at Bouray’s Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Train and mentor staff members
• Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Assist with scheduling and payroll
• Handle daily cash management and reconciliation
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a management role
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
• Food safety certification is required
