Position: Bartender

As a bartender at Bourbon St Daiquiris, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, outgoing, and can multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve cocktails to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor and control inventory
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic drink recipes
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Position: Server

As a server at Bourbon St Daiquiris, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for candidates who are friendly, attentive, and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers
• Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements:

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of menu items and specials
• Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and drinks
