Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all aspects of litigation and tort cases
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Developing case strategies and arguments

• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• 3+ years of experience in litigation and tort law
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
