We are Hiring: Legal Service Plans Specialist

Are you passionate about helping others navigate the complex legal system? Do you have excellent communication skills and attention to detail? If so, we want you to join our team as a Legal Service Plans Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting the right Legal Service Plan to meet their needs
• Educate clients on the benefits and coverage of the Legal Service Plans
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal services
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
