Responsibilities:

• Providing legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Preparing and drafting legal documents
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated success in litigating personal injury cases
