Position: Fence Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their fencing needs
• Create and present fence design proposals to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in the fence industry preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Position: Fence Installation Technician

Job Description:

• Install a variety of fencing products including wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link
• Ensure accurate measurements and proper placement of fence materials
• Work with power tools and equipment to complete installations
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fence installation preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Basic carpentry skills are a plus

Position: Fence Estimator

Job Description:

• Visit customer sites to assess fencing needs and provide accurate estimates
• Create detailed project plans and material lists
• Collaborate with sales team to develop proposals
• Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

• Experience in estimating or project management in the construction industry
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of fencing materials and industry trends
