Position: Estate Planning Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their estate planning goals and concerns
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
• Assist clients with probate and trust administration matters
• Provide legal advice on tax implications of estate planning strategies
• Stay current on estate planning laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
