Position: Grill Cook

Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creating mouth-watering barbecue dishes? BrewingZ Sports Bar & Grill – Beechnut is currently seeking a talented Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and grilling a variety of meats and BBQ specialties, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meats on the grill according to recipes and specifications
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
• Contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of grilling techniques and BBQ specialties
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and passion for food quality
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food handler’s certification a plus
