Job Title: General Contractor

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Oversee onsite personnel and ensure safe work practices are followed
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in general contracting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Job Title: Utility Contractor

We are also in need of a skilled Utility Contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in installing and maintaining utility systems, such as water, sewer, and electrical. This is a challenging role that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and expand your skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair utility systems according to project specifications
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in utility contracting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Certification in operating heavy equipment is a plus

Job Title: Excavation Contractor

Lastly, we are looking for an experienced Excavation Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excavating sites for construction projects, as well as operating a variety of heavy machinery. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and precision in order to deliver quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Excavate sites according to project specifications
• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in excavation contracting
• Ability to operate excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
