Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Description:

• Provide direct care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Document care provided and observations in residents’ charts
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure residents’ needs are met

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience working in a nursing home or assisted living facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
