We are Hiring:

Are you passionate about hardware stores, hand tools, bolts, and nuts? Do you have experience in sales, customer service, or inventory management? If so, we want you to join our team at Brighton-Best International Inc. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Sales Representative:

– Develop and maintain relationships with hardware stores and distributors
– Generate sales leads and meet sales targets
– Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
– Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies
– Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hardware industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer Service Specialist:

– Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery
– Previous customer service experience in a hardware store or distribution setting
– Excellent problem-solving skills

Inventory Manager:

– Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and restocking of products
– Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency
– Work closely with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory flow
– Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future inventory needs
– Proficient in inventory management software and Excel
– Detail-oriented and organized
