We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brittmoore Mobile Home Park. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting with the general upkeep and maintenance of our community. This includes performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring that all facilities are in proper working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and painting
• Conducting regular inspections of homes and common areas to identify any issues
• Responding to maintenance requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed while completing maintenance tasks
• Assisting with landscaping and groundskeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset
