Position: Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant at Broadsource, you will play a crucial role in matching candidates with suitable job opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and sourcing candidates that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific job roles

Qualifications:
