We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following position:

Religious Education Teacher

As a Religious Education Teacher at Brookhollow Baptist Church, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate our youth in the teachings of the Bible and the Christian faith. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of young people and who have a deep understanding of Baptist principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Sunday School classes
• Lead discussions on biblical stories, principles, and values
• Facilitate interactive activities and projects that promote spiritual growth
• Provide mentorship and support to students in their faith journey
• Collaborate with other church staff and volunteers to create a cohesive educational experience

Qualifications:

• A commitment to the Christian faith and Baptist traditions
• Experience working with children and teenagers in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Flexibility and creativity in lesson planning
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education or a related field
