Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Job Description:

As a Preschool Teacher at Brookline Elementary School, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. You will develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, facilitate play-based learning activities, and support children’s social-emotional development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool students
• Assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians regularly
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and integrated curriculum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• State certification in Early Childhood Education
• Experience working with preschool-aged children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development
