Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Brown & Brown Lone Star, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with customized insurance solutions. Your primary duties will include:

• Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
• Educating clients on available insurance products and services
• Preparing and presenting insurance quotes
• Advising clients on coverage options and recommending appropriate policies
• Processing policy changes, renewals, and claims
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Valid Texas Insurance License
• Proven track record of sales success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
