Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Injury Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of success in handling complex cases. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
• Representing clients in court hearings and trials
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
