Job Title: Experienced Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Brown, Christie & Green is a leading law firm specializing in accident and property damage cases. With a track record of success and a commitment to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, we are currently looking to expand our team with an experienced Accident & Property Damage Attorney.

Job Responsibilities:

– Handle a caseload of accident and property damage cases from inception to resolution
– Conduct legal research and analysis
– Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
– Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings
– Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
– Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
– Maintain client relationships and manage case files effectively

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– State Bar admission and good standing
– 5+ years of experience in handling accident and property damage cases
– Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Client-focused approach and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for clients
– Proficiency in legal research and case management software
