We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:

1. Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation Attorneys:

We are seeking experienced attorneys in the field of Employee Benefits & Worker Compensation law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience practicing in this area of law and a strong track record of success representing clients in a variety of matters related to employee benefits and worker compensation.

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation cases, including appeals and settlements
• Provide legal advice on employee benefits programs and policies
• Assist clients in navigating complex state and federal laws related to workers’ compensation

2. Social Security & Disability Law Attorneys:

We are looking for skilled attorneys with experience in Social Security & Disability Law to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Social Security system and a proven track record of helping clients secure the benefits they deserve.

• Represent clients in Social Security disability hearings and appeals
• Assist clients in filing initial applications for Social Security benefits
• Provide legal advice on eligibility requirements for Social Security disability benefits

3. Attorneys:

In addition to our specialized practice areas, we are also looking for attorneys with a general legal background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of law and a strong commitment to providing excellent legal representation to clients.

• Handle a variety of legal matters for clients, including contract disputes, real estate transactions, and estate planning
• Advise clients on legal issues and represent them in court as needed
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services to clients

Qualifications:

For all positions, candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state where the position is located. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
