Job Title: Attorney

Job Description

• Provide legal advice and guidance on Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts matters
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate disputes and probate matters
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans tailored to their unique needs and goals
• Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Living Trusts
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
