Job Title: Freight Forwarding Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for international shipments
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers to optimize cost savings for clients
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
