Position: Line Cook

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes in adherence to our recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean and sanitized
• Assist in the development of new menu items
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production
• Follow proper food handling procedures and regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus

Position: Server

Job Description:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff accurately
• Provide attentive and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Upsell menu items and promote specials

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• TABC certification is a plus
