Buchanan’s Native Plants is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Garden Center team. Position: Garden Center Associate

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with plant selection and provide expert advice on gardening and landscaping
• Maintain plant displays, including watering, pruning, and merchandising
• Perform general garden center duties, such as cashiering, stocking shelves, and inventory management
• Help organize and participate in gardening workshops, events, and community outreach programs
• Ensure the Garden Center is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers

Qualifications:

• Passion for gardening and native plants
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in retail or gardening is a plus
