Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload and represent clients in legal matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and present arguments on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law
• Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of law (e.g., litigation, corporate law, real estate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
